The international company Siemens, with the support of PrJSC ‘NVO ‘Chervona Hvilya’, has provided six sets of training equipment for the laboratory sessions of the ‘Industrial Electron Beam Systems’ certification programme.
Each set of equipment includes:
♦ Training kit CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC:
- Industrial controller S7-1200 CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC;
- SCADA system STEP 7 Basic Single License;
- Cable RJ45, 6 м.
♦ The SINAMICS G120 SCE training kit includes:
- control unit CU250S-2 PN Cu shield;
- frequency converter PM240-2 FSA;
- intelligent operator panel;
- kit for connecting a computer to the PM240-2 FSA power module;
- 2 x 512 MB SD cards with licences.
♦ The 1AC200-240V training kit includes:
- SINAMICS S210 power module;
- SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD motor;
- shaft with a key;
- AM22DQC encoder;
- guide rail;
- 8 GB SD card with licence.
To enable students to study the operation of ready-made Siemens industrial systems, a demonstration cabinet featuring the Sinumerik 828 D numerical control system has also been provided, allowing for a more in-depth exploration of the fundamentals of programming and controlling electric motors.
