2. Register in the Ukrainian Admission System

3. Submit Your Application before 1 September
Complete your application, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee of 3,100 UAH.
4. Wait for the Educational Offer
Your documents will be reviewed. During this stage, your application status will change to "WAIT FOR THE EDUCATIONAL OFFER." Please be patient—the review process may take up to one month.
5. Accept the Educational Offer
Once you receive an educational offer, simply accept or decline it through your electronic account.
6. Document Verification
The university will verify your submitted documents. No further action is required from you at this stage.
7. Receive Your Official Invitation
After successful verification, you will receive an official invitation that enables you to apply for a Ukrainian student visa.
